Q: can I apply for temporary resdiency if I have been convicted of a crime?
A: well, a number of circumstances need to be addressed in order to assess the eligibility of an applicant with a charge or sentence in his criminal report, but as a general guideline, you can apply if:
a. The crime is not related to drug dealing, terrorism, human traficking and money laundering.
b. You have not served more than 3 years in prison.
c. More than 20 years have passed since you completed your sentence.
